    The amount to be used may vary depending on the formula, the process, and the quality of the flour.
    The product is incorporated into the flour or into the dough at the very beginning of the kneading process.
    It is not needed to dissolve the product in water.


    20 vacuum packs of 500 g each, in 10-kg cardboard boxes.
