Pulso Anti SGR has been specially developed for bakers who want to reduce or completely eliminate the amount of sugar used in their product recipes and are looking for an economical solution. It can be used in industrial and kraft bakeries and in all recipes containing sugar.
If 0.1 kg (0.1%) is used in 100 kg flour, it substitutes 4-5% sugar for flour.
